is a graduate of Baylor University with degrees in Accounting (BBA) and Law (JD).
Current admissions: State Bar of Texas; U.S. Tax Court. Herb has more than 50 years
of extensive and varied experience in business matters involving accounting, finance,
banking, domestic and internationaltaxation,real estate, mergers and acquisitions,
employment,regulatory and environmental law issues.
Rob Carlson
is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a BA in Economics and the Thunderbird
School of Global Management with a Master of International Management. Rob’s background
includes extensive domestic and international transactions with industry, academia
and government agencies, particularly focused on the aerospace and human space industries.
He is well versed and knowledgeable in general management, project and business development,
relationship building, problem resolution, synthesizing and import-export. Additionally,
Rob is fluent in oral and written Japanese.
Ali Udawala
is a graduate of Maharaja Sayaji Rao University of Vadodara-Gujarat India (1983)
with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Accounting and is fluent in Spanish.
In 1988, Ali immigrated to the United States, and over the last 30+ years he has secured
SBA and conventional financing for his development, ownership, and management of retail
stores, hotels, apartments, warehouses, and office buildings. Additionally, during
his successful growth as an entrepreneur, he has consulted pro bono within his community
assisting start-ups and providing accounting and management guidance to existing businesses.
As an accomplished businessman in varied enterprises, Ali is particularly qualified
to assist the diverse needs of our clients.

The San Jacinto College SBDC is a business advising and training center of the Texas
Gulf Coast SBDC Network. The Texas Gulf Coast SBDC Network serves 32 counties in Southeast
Texas. The SBDC program is funded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the
U.S. Small Business Administration and is headquartered at the University of Houston.
