Payment Deadlines

Fall Classes that Begin August 17, 2026

Full Semester (1), First Twelve-Week (12A), First Eight-Week (8A), Six-Week (6A), First Five-Week (5A), and First Four-Week (4A)

• March 30 – August 6, 2026: Registration and class changes (100% refund)
  Applies to all students & applicants.
  Registration closes at 6 p.m. on August 6, 2026.
• August 6, 2026: Registration payment deadline is at 6 p.m.
  Unpaid students are removed from classes.**
  All financial obligations incurred after the above payment deadline for Fall 2026 must be paid the next business day.
• August 7 – August 16, 2026: Registration and class changes (100% refund)
  Payment due next business day.*
  Registration reopens at 7 a.m. on August 7, 2026.

Fall Classes that Begin Later in the Semester

Thirteen-Week Weekend Full Term (1W), Take2 Thirteen-Week (13B), Second Twelve-Week (12B), Ten-Week (10), Seven-Week Weekend (7BS), Six-Week Weekend (6AS), Second Eight-Week (8B), Second Five-Week (5B), Third Five-Week (5C), Second Four-Week (4B), Third Four-Week (4C), Fourth Four-Week (4D)

• March 30 – August 6, 2026: Registration and class changes (100% refund)
  Applies to all students & applicants.
  Registration closes at 6 p.m. on August 6, 2026.
• August 6, 2026: Registration payment deadline is at 6 p.m.
  Unpaid students are removed from classes.**
  All financial obligations incurred after the above payment deadline for Fall 2026 must be paid the next business day.
• August 7 – November 8 2026: Registration available until the day before the first day of class.
• Class changes (100% refund) available prior to first day of class for the part of term.
• Class changes (70% refund) available beginning on first day of class for the part of term.
• All tuition and fees must be paid by next business day or be included in your payment plan. If you do not pay, these courses will be removed from your schedule. Please check your schedule in SOS often to confirm that you are still enrolled in these later classes that begin later in the semester. 

*All financial obligations incurred after the payment deadline above that are not covered by financial aid, installment payment plan, third party agreement, or scholarship must be paid the next business day.

**Unpaid Student
Your student accounts receivable balance is greater than $0 and the entire balance is not covered by the following alternative methods of payment: financial aid, third party contract, scholarship, exemption, or installment payment plan. If any class changes have been made since complete payment that increases the balance and are not covered by the methods above, these classes are unpaid and will also be removed from your schedule.

To review your student account balance, log into your My San Jac portal.

Review the refund, and drop deadlines. 

 

Winter Mini Classes that Begin December 14, 2026:

3-Week Mini Term (3)

• September 28 – December 3, 2026: Registration for winter mini
  Applies to all students & applicants.
  Registration closes at 6 p.m. on December 3, 2026.
• December 3, 2026: Registration payment deadline for winter mini
  Unpaid students are removed from classes.**
  Registration closes at 6 p.m. on December 3, 2026.
• December 4 - December 13, 2026: Registration and class changes (100% refund)
  Payment due next business day.*

Spring Classes that Begin January 11, 2027: 

Full Semester (1), First 12-week (12A), First 8-week (8A), 6-week (6A), First 5-week (5A), and First 4-week (4A)

• September 28, 2026 - January 4, 2027: Registration and class changes (100% refund)
  Applies to all students & applicants.
  Registration closes at 6 p.m. on January 4, 2027.
• January 4, 2027: Payment deadline at 6 p.m.*
  Unpaid students are removed from classes.**
• January 5 - January 10, 2027: Registration and class changes (100% refund)
  Payment due next business day.*

Spring Classes that Begin Later in the Semester

Weekend Semester (1W), Take2 13-Week (13B), Second 12-Week (12B), Second 10-Week (10B), First 6-Week Weekend (6AS), Second 7-Week Weekend (7BS), Second 8-Week (8B),  Second 5-Week (5B), Third 5-Week (5C), Second 4-Week (4B), Third 4-Week (4C), Fourth 4-Week (4D)

• January 5 - April 11, 2027: Registration available until the day before the first day of class.
• Class changes (100% refund) available prior to first day of class for the part of term.
• Class changes (70% refund) available beginning on first day of class for the part of term.

• April 23 - May 9, 2027: Registration and class changes (100% refund)
  Payment due next business day.
  Registration reopens at 3 a.m. on April 23, 2027.

Summer Classes that Begin June 2027:

First 5-Week (5A), Second 8-Week (8A),  Full Semester (1)

• February 15 - May 6, 2027: Registration and class changes (100% refund)
  Registration closes at 6 p.m. on May 7, 2026. 
• May 6, 2027: Registration payment deadline at 6 p.m.*
  Unpaid students removed from classes**
  All financial obligations incurred after the above payment deadline for Summer 2026 must be paid the next business day.
• May 7 - May 30, 2027: Registration and class changes (100% refund)
  Payment due next business day.

Summer Classes that Begin July 2027: 

Second 5-Week (5B)

• February 15 - May 6, 2026: Registration and class changes (100% refund for all students and applicants)
  Registration closes at 6 p.m. on May 6, 2026. 
• May 6, 2026: Registration payment deadline at 6 p.m.*

• May 7 - July 4, 2026: Registration and class changes (100% refund)
